| This program provides an exceptional level of preventative maintenance. With the QMP, representatives inspect the laser system on-site four times a year on a scheduled basis. |

| All evaluations include: system diagnostics including any required adjustments and operation and maintenance procedures; check inventoried levels of consumables and spare parts; check operating environment; and create a hard drive restoration CD. Any discrepancies will be noted in writing along with recommended corrective action. The factory representative will be available at that time should repairs be required (see Terms and Conditions). |

Service & Maintenance Contracts

| Down time is the major service concern of any customer. One of the best means to ensure proper operation is to contract service and maintenance with CSI. CSI offers a wide variety of service and maintenance contracts to cover any customer requirement, allowing the customer to choose a program that meets their budget and service needs. |
